Nutrition & meal plans · Standalone or bundled

Results are built
in the kitchen.

Training earns the result. Eating decides whether you keep it. Daine writes meal plans from the food you already buy, portioned and timed for your goal, then coaches you through the weeks where life doesn’t cooperate. No crash diets, no guessing.

Why the last diet didn’t hold

It probably wasn’t your discipline. Crash diets are built to be quit. Here’s the same ground, coached instead.

THE DIET

Bans everything at once (carbs, sugar, eating after seven) and works right up until Friday night.

THE PLAN

Changes one thing: the guesswork. Portions and timing move first; foods only leave the plan when the goal genuinely needs them to.

THE DIET

Comes off a template written for nobody in particular, so it fights your schedule, your kitchen, and your training all at once.

THE PLAN

Starts from what you already eat and what your training week actually demands, which is why you're still on it in month three.

THE DIET

Ends. And when it ends, the weight walks back in behind it, because nothing about how you eat actually changed.

THE PLAN

Adjusts as your body adapts, until eating this way stops being a plan you're on and becomes how you eat. That's the result that sticks.

Adherence

The best plan is the one you’ll follow

A perfect plan you abandon in week three loses to a good plan you run for a year, every time. So Daine starts from your side of the table: the foods you actually like, the hours you actually keep, the cooking you’ll actually do. Portions and timing carry the goal. Your food stays yours.

Then it’s coached, because no plan survives contact with a real month. The scale stalls, the work trip lands, the hunger shows up somewhere unexpected, and the plan gets adjusted to match, instead of you white-knuckling a version of it that stopped fitting your life three weeks ago.

Format

On its own, or under a training package

Standalone

Your training is handled, whether by you, a sport, or another coach, and the kitchen is the part that keeps slipping. You get the plan, the check-ins, and the adjustments, focused entirely on how you eat.

Bundled with training

Where it works best. The coach writing your sessions or your remote programming is the same one watching your plate, so when recovery dips or the scale stalls, both halves of the answer come from one place.

Questions

Before you get in touch

Will I have to give up the foods I like?

Not as a starting point. The plan is built from what you already eat, and portions and timing do most of the work. Some foods earn a smaller place as the goal gets closer, but nothing gets banned for the sake of it, because a plan you resent is a plan you quit.

Is this a meal plan or nutrition coaching?

Both. You get a written plan (meals, portions, timing, built around your schedule and your training), and then Daine adjusts it as your body responds. The plan is the starting point; the coaching is what keeps it working past week three.

Can I add nutrition to a training package?

Yes. It's available on its own or bundled with any training package, in person or online. Bundled is where it works best, because the coach writing your training is the same one watching how you're eating and recovering, so the two never pull in different directions.

How fast will the weight come off?

Slower than a crash diet, and it stays off, which is the whole trade. Daine sets a pace you can hold alongside your training and your life, then adjusts based on what the scale and your sessions are saying. Anyone promising you a number per week before meeting you is guessing.
