Delete your data

Forge by DTC is the training app from DTC Fitness. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time, with or without the app installed.

    In the app

    Open Forge by DTC and go to Profile → Privacy & security → Delete account. Signing back in within 30 days cancels it; after that, your account is permanently deleted.

    Without the app

    Use the form with the email address you sign in with. We email that address, and you reply to confirm the request is yours.

    We delete it

    Once you confirm, we act on the request within 30 days.

Prefer email? Write to support@dtcfitness.com from your account’s address. To remove single workouts or entries, you can delete them in the app yourself.

What happens to your data

Deleted
  • Your account and profile
  • Body measurements, workouts, templates and programs
  • Settings, photos and videos
  • Usage and diagnostics records linked to your account
  • Records held by our analytics and subscription providers, which we ask them to delete
Kept, and why
  • Purchase records, for as long as Apple, Google, and tax and accounting law require
  • Database backups, which drop deleted data within 7 days
  • Your request and our replies, for up to 2 years
