Daine’s system,
in your pocket
Forge is the training app built on how Daine programs: structured phases, every set logged against the last one, and an honest record of whether you showed up. It’s in development, and early access is open now.

What carries into the app
Forge isn’t a generic tracker with a name on it. Each part of it started as something Daine does with clients in person.
Programs, not workouts
- With Daine
- Nobody gets handed a random session. Daine programs in phases, each day built for a reason, and the plan changes when your training does.
- In Forge
- Programs run in phases and days. Open today's session and the target muscles, exercises and planned sets are already laid out.

Progressive overload
- With Daine
- The bar goes up because Daine decided it should, based on how the last few sessions actually went, not because a spreadsheet said week four.
- In Forge
- Every lift keeps its history. Past sessions sit in order with their sets, and new bests are marked as PRs, so the next jump is a decision rather than a guess.

Nothing left behind
- With Daine
- A physique is built from all of it. Twenty years of watching lifters means Daine spots the muscle group being skipped long before it shows.
- In Forge
- Muscle distribution shows where your sets went over 30 days, 3 months or a year, against the period before it.

Showing up
- With Daine
- Results come from weeks stacked on weeks. Part of a coach's job is keeping count, so a missed week gets noticed.
- In Forge
- The consistency view lays out every training day for the last twelve weeks, with sessions per week and your current streak.

One part doesn’t carry: a coach watching your third rep and stopping the set. Forge doesn’t pretend to do that.
One coach, finite hours
Bergen County is one county, and a week holds a fixed number of sessions. Daine has spent twenty years turning up to those hours, but the people he can reach that way are the people who can get to him.
Forge is the answer to that ceiling, and it’s honest about what it is: an app carrying a system, not a coach in your pocket pretending to watch you lift. The structure travels. The judgement of someone watching your last set is a different product.
If what you want is Daine, reading your logs and rewriting your programming himself, that already exists and you don’t have to wait for it. It’s called online coaching.
What people ask first
What is Forge, exactly?
Forge by DTC is the training app built on how Daine programs. You run structured programs, log every set with a rest timer running, and keep a record of your history, PRs, muscle balance and consistency over time.
Can I use it yet?
Not yet. Forge is in development, and early access is a list rather than a download. Join it and you'll hear when there's something to install. Anyone promising you a date right now would be guessing.
Is this the same thing as online coaching with Daine?
No, and it's the difference worth understanding. Online coaching is Daine himself. He reads your logs, watches your lift videos, and rewrites your programming himself every week. Forge is an app carrying his system. If what you want is a coach, you want online coaching, and you can start that today.
Does this mean Daine stops training people?
Not at all. DTC Fitness is the coaching business and it isn't going anywhere, in person in Bergen County, and online worldwide. Forge exists for everyone those two can't reach, not instead of them.
What will it cost?
Undecided, and we'd rather say that than quote you a number we might change. Joining the early access list costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
What happens to my email?
It goes on the Forge early access list and nowhere else. It isn't added to coaching enquiries, and you can ask to be taken off at any time.
You want the system
Structure you can run on your own, wherever you train. Join the list and you’ll hear first when it opens.
You want Daine
Someone reading your logs and rewriting the plan every week, in Bergen County or anywhere in the world. That’s available now.
